A collaboration steeped in tradition
From 13th–19th October, we welcome Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Spigaroli for an exclusive collaboration that celebrates the artisanal traditions and rich flavours of his family estate. Guests will be invited to indulge in a limited-edition dishes that showcases the very best of Emilia-Romagna’s culinary heritage.
Known as the “King of Culatello”, Spigaroli brings his world-renowned charcuterie and traditional recipes to the heart of London. Highlights of the collaboration include his signature Culatello Oro Spigaroli, delicate Herb Tortelli and Gnocchi made with Spigarolino grains, and a decadent Sbrisolona cake with warm Zabaglione.
